Walden Pond Homeowners Association Board Meeting

Old and New Business:
- Past due accounts: See attached document.
- Grove Park retaining wall repair will begin in two to three weeks. Utilities will be marked. ___ Astor must remove satellite dish before retaining wall can be repaired. Letters will be sent to residents/owners ___ to ___ Grove Park .
- Durbin retaining wall repair will begin in two to three weeks. (___– contractor).
- Ed moved to notify Astor Court residents by letter about Grove Park construction. No second.
- ___ Providence : Water leak in ___ has eroded dirt around ___ and ___. The area around ___ has been seeded and improved.
- The September 12 walk through of the property was interrupted and will be completed after the next meeting on October 13 th .
- Frankie is getting estimates for construction of trash can corral.
- ___ (___ Durbin) is concerned about the rock bed creek. She would like more rock put in.
- Cleaning gutters is not in the current budget and discussion was tabled for a couple of months.
- The new sidewalk in front of ___ unit is cracked. Frankie will look into repair.
- ___ Georgetown , owned by ___, is not occupied. Water problems have damaged the front door and the adjacent unit. Frankie will contact ___.
- The city will be contacted if additional trash cans are needed. There are currently none behind Providence .
Next meeting is Saturday, October 13 th at 10 a.m. Meeting adjourned.
