Homeowners Concerns
- Prestwick homeowners have complaints about a very loud car with Florida tags. Don will look for it and see if it needs to be tagged.
- [omitted online] brought up the pile of furniture left at [omitted online]. Sheryl stated that the owner told her the city was coming to pick it up. It was agreed that the city could take weeks to come remove it so it will be removed by the HOA at the homeowner's expense.
- [omitted online] Durbin are not using the trash can corral like they are supposed to. Sheryl will send a letter to all units between 13-18 Durbin to remind them that they must now store their trash cans at the rear of their units like everyone else, since they have a footbridge to take them to Wildberry.
- General trash can violations - Laura stated that she is tired of trying to enforce trash can policies and it will be up to someone else to take over. Sheryl, Steve, Christina and Don worked out a schedule for the next several weekends to go out and take pictures of violations.
- Laura was concerned that the directors e-mail list may not be working. There was discussion to try to figure out if anyone had sent anything to it recently. Laura will investigate.

New Business

- Removal of junipers and dead shrubs was discussed. Laura pointed out the high support for these projects shown in the spending priorities survey from December 2007. There was discussion about what to replace the bushes with, if anything.
