[omitted online] was present, she has issues with parking in upper Georgetown Court. It was agreed to put no parking/tow away zone signs in the striped off area.

Paul Caruth questioned fence on Grove Park. Explained that the city code mandated that a fence be constructed atop the retaining wall.

Fence will be corrected on Durbin to handle the drop off.

Sheryl will take over as property manager the first of March.

Changes were approved for the small parking lot between Grove Park and Finley. This involves the changing of the parking space for [omitted online].

City to start fining residence for leaving their trash cans on the curb after trash day.

Discussed imposing fines for not heeding HOA covenants, no conclusion reached.

[omitted online] still requesting audit. Sheryl to look into cost of getting professional audit. Steve to ask his friend about someone in her class doing the audit.

[omitted online] bid of $900.00, labor & materials, to build trash can corrals and $400.00, labor & materials to build bridge from Durbin to Wildberry approved.

Frankie was to send out a letter requesting that signs be taken down and to ask for necessary papers to run a business at [omitted online].

November meeting date changed from November 25th to November 19th.

Person contacted for sidewalk repair. Walk thru needs to be set up.

Paul Caruth voted in as a non-voting member of the board.
