Meeting Minutes - January 22, 2008

In attendance: Frankie Johnson, Don Barry, Virginia Hunter, Steve Williams, Laura Atkinson

Called to order at 7:05 p.m.

Homeowners Concerns

• Laura Atkinson volunteered to serve as a non-voting officer, in the position of Secretary, and to thus be responsible for meeting minutes and maintenance of the website. The Board unanimously approved.

Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting

Unanimously approved.

Management Report

• Trash cans have all been relabelled.
• Sheryl Morgan will be taking over for Frankie Johnson as our property manager.
• The lines for the Grove Park parking lots were painted but the numbers have not yet been painted. There was discussion about the numbering.

Old Business

• The fences, as required by the city, for the retaining walls were discussed. [omitted online] was chosen since their bid was drastically lower than [omitted online]. It was decided that the Durbin fence would be just like the Grove Park one (black wrought iron).
• Frankie has not been able to get the sidewalk repair contractor to return her calls.
• Final aesthetics walkthroughs need to be completed (for Georgetown, Wildberry, Quintin and Prestwick).
• [omitted online] will be submitting a bid for building the footbridge to connect the back of Durbin 13-18 with Wildberry Lane.

New Business

• Meeting dates were confirmed for the rest of 2008.
• The business operating out of [omitted online] was discussed.

Financial Overview

Delinquencies and pending foreclosures were discussed in executive session.
