Meeting Minutes - June 24, 2008
In attendance: Sheryl Morgan, Virginia Hunter, Steve Williams, Laura Atkinson, Mike Long, Chantal Winston, [EM], [CR], [SM]
Called to order at 7:00 p.m.
Homeowners Concerns
- [omitted online] requested that the common area around 1-6 Georgetown be cleaned up, including trimming trees. Steve made a motion which passed unanimously to get a bid from our landscapers for this work.
Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting

Management Report
- Durbin lots have been repaved.
- Dead trees to be removed along Finley and Wildberry were discussed and motion was made and passed to do the work.
Old Business
- Bids were discussed related to the Providence drainage area and retaining wall. Steve made a motion to begin the project and it was passed unanimously.
- Sheryl will get bids for surveys for the fence area on Prestwick and also will get the plat map from the city.
New Business
- [omitted online] contract was renewed after a motion made by Virginia.
- Don Barry has sold his unit and moved away and as such has resigned. Mike Long was appointed to serve the remainder of his term.
- Virginia Hunter has sold her unit and is resigning. Chantal Winston was appointed to serve the remainder of her term.
- Pond drainage was discussed.
- Mike made a motion which passed unanimously to have the Finley lots repainted.
- Individual versus blanket policies were discussed for insurance. Blanket policies would not cover personal possessions.
- Virginia made a motion which passed for Steve to be added to the bank account.
