Management Report

• Sheryl is getting quotes for blanket insurance.
• The audit is planned to start 1/29 and be finished by 2/9, at a cost of $2,000-3,000. Mike made a motion to go with the basic audit for around $2,000, Steve seconded.

Old Business

• Providence repaving is on hold until we have more money.

New Business

• Sheryl will contact owner of [omitted online] about car fire.

• Sewer backup at [omitted online] Prestwick, needs camera and repair. Steve made motion to fix it for $1,300, Mike seconded.
• Mike made motion to renew [omitted online] contract, Steve seconded.
