Management Report
- Potholes in Astor Court were repaired.
- Blanket insurance issue - what features do we want. Sheryl recommends putting a clause in allowing us to revert back easily if necessary. Steve asked if black mold would be covered. We will have a special meeting for this issue in October and hold the vote at the annual meeting in December.
- Providence repaving - need to get expert opinion regarding removal of the island.

- Camera and jetting of sewer line behind [omitted online] Finley - unanimously approved.

- Audit - what year to select? 2008 was chosen by the Board.

- New recycling plan for the city.
