Management Report
Old Business
- The blanket insurance policy was discussed. We currently have two bids.
New Business
- Georgetown sidewalk repair: Mike made motion to do the repair, Steve seconded, motion passed unanimously.
- Upper Georgetown lot drainage problem: decision to get another bid.
- 21 Durbin retaining wall: get engineer to look at it.
- Grove Park retaining wall. Should we add parking if possible? Not a priority yet.
- Fire damage to 12 Durbin Wall. Still dealing with insurance company.
- Julia made a motion to blow out sewer line on Finley. Steve seconded.
- Meeting dates set: June 23, July 28, Aug 25, Sept 29, Oct 27 and Nov. 24.

Michael made motion to accept positions as outlined above. Julia seconded.
